Booking & Pricing

How do I book AirCamp?
Bookings are completed online and include:

  • Full payment

  • Signed agreement & waiver

  • Card on file for protection

Do I have to pay upfront?
Yes. Full payment is required to secure your date.

Is there a delivery fee?
No.
AirCamp is all-inclusive pricing within our service area.

Is there a deposit?
Yes. We use a $150 damage deposit to protect equipment.

You have two options:

  • Card on File (Recommended):
    A $150 authorization hold is placed on your card and only charged if damage occurs.

  • Cash Deposit (Venmo/Cash App):
    You may send a $150 deposit upfront, which is fully refundable after pickup if no damage is found.

All deposits are returned or released within a 48 hour time frame after inspection.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • 14+ days → Full refund

  • 7–14 days → 50% refund

  • Under 7 days → Non-refundable

What do you actually bring?

Depending on your setup:

  • Inflatable tent

  • Beds (queen and/or twin)

  • Bedding & themed bed sets

  • Rugs

  • Side tables

  • Cozy lighting

  • Decor/styling

Optional:

  • Outdoor movie setup (projector + screen)

Do I need to provide anything?

You only need:

  • A setup space

  • Access to electricity

We handle everything else.

Setup Day — What to Expect

When do you arrive?
Typically afternoon setup.

How long does setup take?
About 30–60 minutes.

Do I need to be home?
Not always.

For first-time setups, we typically recommend someone be present for:

  • Access to the setup area

  • Placement confirmation

After the initial setup—or if arrangements are made ahead of time—many families choose to allow us access to complete setup independently.

We’re happy to coordinate whatever works best for you.

What happens at pickup?
We return the next morning and remove everything.

Sleepover & Supervision

Do kids actually sleep in the tents?
Yes—AirCamp is designed for overnight use.

Do you supervise the kids?
No.
This is not a staffed event.

Parents/guardians are fully responsible for:

  • Supervision

  • Behavior

  • Safety

Is this okay for younger kids?
Yes, but supervision is required at all times.

Safety Rules (Very Important)

To keep everyone safe and equipment in good condition:

  • No jumping on tents or beds

  • No roughhousing inside setups

  • No candles or open flames

  • No pets inside tents

  • Food and drinks should be controlled

Weather Policy

What if it rains?
Light rain may be okay depending on conditions.

What if the weather is bad?
If unsafe (wind, storms, severe conditions):

  • We will reschedule your event, or

  • Provide a credit if needed

Safety decisions are made by AirCamp.

Cleaning & Responsibilities

Do I have to clean everything?
No deep cleaning required.

We ask that you:

  • Throw away trash

  • Keep items reasonably clean

  • Avoid excessive mess

Do you clean the equipment?
Yes. Everything is cleaned and sanitized after pickup.

Damage & Charges

What if something gets damaged?

We understand normal use—but damage beyond that may be charged.

Examples of chargeable damage:

  • Torn inflatables

  • Permanent stains

  • Broken equipment

  • Missing items

Space & Setup Requirements

How much space do I need?

Varies by setup, but generally:

  • Flat, level ground

  • Clear of obstacles

  • Enough room for tents + walking space. Roughly 15 ft. X 15 ft.

Where can this be set up?

  • Backyards (ideal)

  • Grass areas

  • Large patios

Do I need power?
Yes—standard outlet required.

Themes & Customization

What themes do you offer?

  • Cozy Camp (neutral/green/gray)

  • Gamer Camp (twin setups)

  • Girls Camp (pink-themed queen setup)

Can I mix setups?
Yes:

  • Queen + twin combinations

  • Larger group configurations

Can we add extras?
Yes—like the movie night add-on.

  • 10-mile radius surrounding Sioux Falls.

This allows us to keep:
